Fletcher Road is dedicated to realizing the full potential of human relationships to their chosen environments for intimate living, gathering, respite, and ritual. Founded in 2019 by Kate Swanson, the Vermont-based studio focuses on interior and architectural design.

With expertise in residential, commercial, and boutique hospitality formats––from ground-up builds, to renovation and the fine curation of decorative objects––Fletcher Road conceptualizes and envisions its projects on a full spectrum.

Fletcher Road believes design has the power to extend and personify human intentions, whether it be an open invitation or a thoughtful, artistic point of view. To create its immersive world, the studio is led by its devotion to craftsmanship and collaboration, rich histories and story, its endless curiosity for people, and its love for nature.

As Director and founder, Kate Swanson is a certified New England Chapter ASID Practitioner and a graduate of St. Lawrence University with a minor in Education and major in Art and Art History.
